What is a Tax Clearance Status Report?

A Tax Clearance Status Report is a written confirmation from SARS that shows a Company is legally taxed compliant in South Africa. The Certificate proves that your company has no bad debt at SARS and that your Tax submissions are up to date.

Please note:
The Tax Clearance Certificate may take between 2 – 5 working days, depending on whether your SARS requests verification of your company details.
This service does not include the submission of any outstanding tax returns.
