What is a BEE Affidavit?
If your annual turnover/sales is below R 10 million, your South African Company is called an Exempt Micro Enterprise (EME). EME’s are not required to submit a BEE Certificate but only use an Official BEE Affidavit.

Why do I need a BEE Affidavit?

Due to changes in the BEE Law, you now require a compulsory and Official BEE Affidavit which serves as your BEE Certificate. Your Official BEE Affidavit needs to be used for a funding application, contracts, registration with CSD, etc
